Boosting morale, employee retention, and employee recognition are just a few benefits of incorporating event photography into team-building and employee appreciation events. I had the pleasure of being the photographer at Ridgecrest Conference Center’s All-Team Picnic at Taylor Ranch, a 500-acre working ranch in Asheville, North Carolina.

At this event I was able to capture several casual game activities, families fishing, campfire fun, as well as a live band. (Don’t forget, I enjoy band promotional photography too!)

I enjoy providing a mix of candid and formal photos for corporate events. With this approach, my goal is to capture natural moments without interfering with the ongoing activities, and at the same time I can deliver photos of groups and individuals based on staff requests.

Team-building activities help foster connections among staff. Photos remind everyone of those moments and these connections can help reinforce relationships.
